I don’t limit myself to just these songs, but these are the ones that came to mind.

Day 09- Something you’re proud of in the past few days/ The first day of school.

If anything, I’m proud of myself for today. It was a great day because I made it that way, and there’s nothing wrong in having some pride in a great day. :]

Now for the actual blogging.

I’m a Junior now! It’s great :] Maybe it’s just that I’m at a new school and things there could very well be different, but the teachers there really seem to take a liking to my class in particular :D

The morning was a bit hectic. I spent about 30 minutes waiting for a bus that I was sure wouldn’t come, only to find myself a bit depressed that it actually did come (because by the time it did, I was thinking about just going home and waiting for my parents to come home only to tell them that a bus never showed up for me.) But, it came, and I got on, and my bus driver is a tad slow (what a shocker), and I felt awkward not knowing anyone.

It got even more interesting when I actually walked in the school. Culture shock.

For about two years, I had been living in a small, country-focused town. Very rural, very boring, very monotonous. A lot of the people there were just the same in looks and thoughts. I truly despised that.

In Blairsville, I could have been considered one in a million for the way I looked. But in here, at my new school, I’m just another one of the 999,999. Not because I look the same, or think the same as everyone else, but because there are so many people like me there, and so many of the other people with different ideologies and styles that we all just seem to balance out and coexist.

I’ve never been in love with a place, let alone the place I go to learn. But, an amazing first impression has been made on me.

If anything though, I only really made one friend out of the many people I met today. Her name is Sarah. She introduced herself to me in Math, walked me to class, and I even found out she rides on my going-home bus. We had an instant connection, and it’s cool to have a friend here. :] I digress though.

My classes; I love them! Work that I’ll eventually be getting (which isn’t a lot XD) aside, I like the teachers I have. Among all else though, everything is so much more bearable because I have so many classes to deal with instead of just laying about after an hour or so of work in just 4 classes doing nothing! I’m busy, and I love it.

Oh, and the cherry on top; Lunch. I’ve never been to a school allowing me to leave campus to go eat. It’s so liberating! The fact that they give us an hour is just awesome too. :) I can’t wait to just go for a nice little walk tomorrow (and hopefuly not get lost!)

All in all, it was a great day. 10 out of 10 :]

Day 08- Short term goals for this month and why

For the rest of this month? Well;

-Start off the year with good grades and keep that going for the rest of the year.

-I’d like to make a few new friends by the end of August.

-Learn to be more accepting of other people.

-Get a new look because I’m tired of how I’ve looked over the last year and some months.

(This is only for August though, which ends in a few days. So, I can’t accomplish much by then.)

Someone/ Something that has had a huge impact on me. (Day 7)

I can’t just single out one person who has had a major influence on me in life, so I’ll make a list of people and say how they’ve influenced me.

Amy Brumley) We have our differences, and we’ve been through a lot together, but she’s definitely had a major influence on me in the just over a year that I’ve known her. Without her, I don’t know where I’d be in life or how different my thought process would be.

My Father) Without him, I never would have witnessed how someone’s life can turn out when they have no ambitions and are extremely self-centered. He’s the reason I want so many things in life and refuse to turn out like a pathetic excuse for a human.

Wilson Warren) The kid’s my brother, and was always there for me when I lived in Georgia. I learned what I true friend was from him.

Paul Griffiths (creator of Babycakes Clothing)) His designs aren’t the most technical or well thought out, but the man’s made millions doing what he loves to do. Anyone who can do that deserves some recognition in my book. Without ever finding out who he was, I don’t think I would have ever become interested in Graphic Design.

Mitchell Davis) The first Youtube Personality I really took an interest in. I liked his style, and he was funny. He’s the reason I wan’t to make my own vlogs/ sketches on Youtube (if only I had a video camera though.)

I know a few a couple of the people on this list make the entire thing seem generic (considering Mitchell and Paul are pretty well-known people and are stereotyped with the wannabe scene kids and such,) but who they are and what they’ve done have helped shape me into who I am today through the inspiration they provide to me.

There are definitely more people on the list, but not many of them have had the impact that these select few people have.

Favorite Superhero (Day 6)

I can’t really say I have a favorite comic superhero, but I do think there are people out in the world who can be classified as a hero because of the contributions they make to society.

Saving people from fires, donations to charities, so on and so forth.

They’re heroes because they’re real :]

The Bad Habit (Day 4)

My worst habit is one that is shared with millions upon millions of people.

I overanalyze anything and everything around me, especially conversations (word for word) with people close to me.

It doesn’t greatly affect me to the point where it hurts relationships with people, but it’s a bad habit that I don’t enjoy.

It’s part of me though.

This is probably one of the only pictures I have that bring back some really good memories. I really miss being as close as I used to be with them all. They’re great people, and amazing friends.

Textbook Philosophy; The Meaning. (Day 2)

“Textbook Philosophy” has a two-part meaning.

Textbook: School textbooks.

Philosophy: I tend to think a lot about life when I’m supposed to be learning (by reading through my textbooks.)

So, there you have it :] Simple.

It’s not Textbook Philosophy as in an actual class you can take on Philosophy, but that I tend to become very philosophic during school, and become more involved in my thoughts than the text layed in front of me.

Well, there’s the recent picture of me. Now, to try the spectacular feat of naming fifteen interesting facts about myself.

1. I have taught myself how to lucid dream.

2. I get a lot of inspiration for what I do in life from my most recent ex, Amy.

3. I’ve always wanted to try fencing.

4. I have a passion for design, and I want to get into videography and photography.

5. Psychology and the Human Condition have interested me for many years, and should I go to college, I want to minor in the field.

6. I’m a very opinionated person, and I don’t enjoy arrogance and stupidity. So, if I catch someone acting in any of those ways, I’ll try my best to make them seem like a complete tool and exploit the flaws I see. :] …That only really happens if I don’t like the person though.

7. I’m generally a very nice person, but it doesn’t take a lot to make me mad.

8. I live in an apartment in Oklahoma with my mother and stepfather, and I wouldn’t have it any other way currently.

9. I used to be a chubster. Now, I’m 129 lbs and 6 ft 1. (Which means I’m so skinny I practically turn invisible when I turn sideways. :] )

10. I’m afriad of rejection in every way.

11. I do not believe in God. That being said, I am not an Atheist, Satanist, Pagan, Wickan, Buddhist, Muslim, or affiliated in any other religion. I just kinda…am.

12. I got the shit kicked out of me for no reason at all by a black kid in 7th grade. But, I am in no way a racist.

13. I don’t like thinking I’m an orginal, or the weirdy. In my mind, original doesn’t exist anymore, and weird seems to be a quality that belongs to a lot of other people for being so alike in thought.

14. I’m very shy around new people, but it’s pretty easy for me to let my guard down. Make me smile once, and I’m yours. :)

15. I wear my heart on my sleeve only to show people that I have one.

Hopefully, these can all be considered facts. “Interesting” though? I’ll leave you to decide that.
